Crescentine 300 gr plain flour sift the flour on a pastry board, and in
the well mix the stock in which the butter has been melted, and mix
to form a firm dough. Roll in thick sheets and fold over twice to form
four layers. Repeat the folding 5 or 6 times before rolling to 1 cm
thick sheet. Cut in 2 cm wide and 7-8 cm long strips and deep fry until
golden and puffy. |
