30 fresh mussels, 350 g spaghetti, salt, olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, freshly ground pepper, chopped parsley

Steam the mussels for 5/8 minutes discarding those that are still closed.
When cool remove from the shells. Strain the liquid and keep.
Cook the pasta and at the same time heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour the drained pasta into the hot oil and herbs, add the mussels and their cooking liquid, and heat up, stirring for a minute or two.
Serve immediately on hot pasta dishes.
