Lasagne with basil sauce – the home made pesto sauce

350 g lasagne pasta
80 g Pecorino Sardo cheese
1 large bunch of fresh basil
10 whole walnuts olive oil, salt

Pound the cheese, basil and nuts in a mortar until reduced into a paste ( or use a blender) then add the oil.
Cook the pasta add the sauce and serve immediately.
